There is a version of this story that starts with the credentials. That version is accurate. It is also not the most important part.

I entered medicine with open eyes. I loved biology, the science of how the body works, the rigorous logic of it. I also knew, even then, that the conventional medical model did not explain everything. Nonetheless, I was eager to learn everything it had to teach me before I decided what to do with that knowing.

The gap between what medicine could find and what I could see in the person sitting across from me kept growing anyway.

By the time I left clinical practice in 2014, patient visits had turned into data entry. We had templated forms to click through on the computer, and a system built around throughput rather than genuine care. The relationship to the person across from me became more difficult to establish and maintain. 

Moving into pharmaceutical research brought better hours and fascinating work, yet I kept encountering the same tension between the demands of the system and the needs of the person at the center. I stayed for years and rose in seniority, but eventually I could no longer ignore the contradiction.

The real shift came from the inside, during a period that was the most disorienting and the most clarifying of my life. We had moved to Basel. The marriage ended. I was co-parenting in a country where I didn't yet speak the language, rebuilding a life I was no longer willing to organize around other people's expectations.

I realized I had been abandoning myself for years, quietly suppressing my instincts because they didn't fit conventional medical frameworks. The body carries far more wisdom than standard protocols account for, and I had simply stopped listening.

I began working with a therapist and energy healer, discovered anthroposophic medicine, learned German, and completed anthroposophic medicine training at Klinik Arlesheim near Basel. In parallel, I immersed myself in medical astrology, Akashic Records, somatic practices, and esoteric study.

When I returned to medical practice in 2022, I was clear on what I would not replicate: reductionism, symptom-focused treatment, and managing people as collections of problems rather than whole beings.

What I wanted to offer was different.

My work, the 90-Day Whole-Person Breakthrough, begins with a 90-minute comprehensive intake—a thorough look at where you are physically, energetically, psychologically, and spiritually. From there, we work at your pace through unlimited sessions, ongoing asynchronous energy work, astrological life-cycle mapping, and recorded Akashic Records transmissions as your journey requires.

I bring rigorous medical training to every session, alongside decades of study and experience across integrative, somatic, energetic, and contemplative approaches to explore dimensions of a person's experience that conventional medical care does not typically address.
